CoreDial's Ken Lienemann to Deliver Keynote on Benefits of CCaaS at ITEXPO

Customer experiences have been a hot topic across industries for quite a while. In the reseller channel, an increasing focus on selling that seeks to meet customer expectations is growing. That’s because when customers feel valued and that they’re receiving the best possible experiences, they’re more likely to stick around, buy additional products and services, and even become brand ambassadors.

To talk more about the benefits of capitalizing on customer experience revenue opportunities, Ken Lienemann, chief revenue officer at CoreDial, is hitting the stage at ITEXPO (News - Alert) this week to deliver a keynote address titled, “CX Sells— How the Channel Wins by Selling the Customer Experience.” His session will discuss how channels can increase profits and retain customers when they bundle next-gen customer engagement solutions with their UCaaS deployments.

CoreDial (News - Alert) provides cloud communications and UCaaS services. At ITEXPO, the company will be located at booth #507 to demonstrate their CoreNexa offering which is used by partners to sell, deliver, manage, and invoice for cloud communications through a single platform. The company was recently awarded the 2018 INTERNET TELEPHONY Hosted VoIP Excellence Award for this offering.

Also on display at ITEXPO will be the company’s CoreNexa Contact Center solution which makes it easy to scale from 5 agents to thousands while bringing together voice, live web chat, SMS, email, IVR, and adding custom CRM.

“MSPs, VARs, and IT solutions providers need to differentiate themselves not just with technology, but also by embracing and advocating the concept of enhanced customer experience through compelling contact center tools. ITEXPO presents a terrific opportunity to educate the channel on leveraging CCaaS to increase revenue, reduce churn, and improve profitability,” said Lienemann.

ITEXPO is happening this week at the Greater Fort Lauderdale/Broward County Convention Center. Lienemann’s keynote address will take place Thurs., Jan. 31, at 10 a.m in the Floridian Ballroom.
