It’s been an exciting few months for Phone.com (News - Alert). Within the past six months, the cloud communications and business phone service for small businesses and entrepreneurs has received the 2016 Customer Experience Innovation Award, a spot on the Inc. 5000 for the fifth year in a row, recognition from Deloitte (News - Alert), and more. Now, Phone.com is starting 2017 off on the same positive note, as it has just received the 2017 INTERNET TELEPHONY Product of the Year Award.
INTERNERT TELEPHONY’s Product of the Year Award recognizes the most innovative and highest quality IP communications brought to market, or updated, in the past year. New APIs, video conferencing and collaboration, presence, mobile apps, and more. Those are some major upgrades to a system that was already said to be beneficial to customers. That kind of extra innovation is what TMC looks for when searching for Product of the Year Award recipients. When making those additions, Phone.com was clearly thinking of its customers, and brainstorming ideas on how to provide even better services.
