VoiceWalker Announces Integration with Blitz Lead Manager to Improve VoIP Phone Services

VoiceWalker, a provider of VoIP phone, DSL, 4G, long distance, local, high speed data and IT services in the U.S, announced it is integrating with Blitz Contact Manager, a Web-based lead management system from Blitz Lead Manager, to deliver VoIP technology to clients.


The integration aims to makes lead tracking more effective. One of the key features of this integration is the leap pop functionality, which is designed to provide sales representatives with relevant lead information.

Rather than manually searching Blitz’s system for a contact’s information, the integrated VoIP service can automatically search for an incoming caller’s information. The system reads the caller’s phone number and uses that data to search Blitz’s database.

The leap pop functionality within Blitz then pops up the caller’s information on the associate’s screen so it can be quickly accessed, should they need to assist contacts over the phone. It is also designed to reduce pause between calls, so agents are able to free up their phone lines for additional contacts.

VoiceWalker has its own in-house billing, customer service and provisioning groups. The company, in association with its affiliated companies, provides services to over 26,000 customers nationwide and currently offers service in all 50 states.

Their services include traditional long distance; traditional competitive local exchange carrier (CLEC) local service throughout Illinois, Indiana and Wisconsin; and their premier service – Digital Voice Advantage.

Blitz Lead Manager seeks to provide companies with the ability to access their leads at any time, on any computer or phone with Internet access. The solution features customization options to define and facilitate each unique and evolving sales process. Companies are also able to run reports to view trends in sales and marketing, enabling them to revise their business processes.

Recently Blitz Lead Manager announced a partnership with Cole X-Dates to allow users to tackle their lead lists in easy and most effective ways. The Workflow functionality within Blitz Lead Manager can be set to send out automatic e-mails or follow-ups based on a lead's x-date.
